I'm graduating in December and would like to sublet my room in Dinkytown starting January 1st (or a couple weeks earlier if necessary.) It's on the lower level of a duplex in a 2BR/1BA apartment. Rent is $530/mo plus utilities (the total should never get above $600/mo). Free in-unit washer/dryer. Their is a bike post in front as well as storage space in an unfinished basement and an enclosed front porch that is shared with the other unit.

This apartment is amazing! The bedroom is huge (14ftx14ft!) and has a walk-in closet. The bedrooms and living room have hardwood floors. The kitchen and bathroom have stone tile. The entire apartment has 12ft ceilings. Pictures could be made available upon request.
