POSITION:Technical Project Manager/BA
LOCATION:Edina, MN

This highly technical associate is responsible for the definition, development and implementation phases of the project. Responsibilities include:
? Working directly with our Fortune 500 customers to gather and define project requirements, including assessment of data capabilities, definition of Web site functionality and content, reporting needs and processing details
? Working with our User Experience team to complete the user interface design process (web map, wireframes, Web creative) and gaining approval from our customers
? Managing the scope of the project throughout the definition and development period
? Documenting the project?s requirements in the form of a Technical Requirements for the technical development team
? Works with the System engineer to turnover to the development team for coding and testing
? Managing the development timeline through implementation
? Managing the budget for the development of the project
? Walks through the technical solution with the customers after testing and prior to implementation
? Signs off on the technical solution prior to delivering to the customer
? Completes system documentation and turns over the completed project to the Operations Manager to begin the operations phase

Requirements include:

? Ability to work in a fast paced environment
? Strong understanding of relational database and Web site development process
? Ability to write SQL queries
? Leading a large team through the development phase of a technical solution
? Experience writing technical requirements
? Experience presenting to customers and running meetings
? Managing scope of technical project, while maintaining budget
? Strong attention to detail
? Strong communicator, both verbally and written
? Ability to multi-task
