Job Summary:
The nurse manager will be working in a hospital-based medical group practice setting at a Rural Health Clinic. (S)he will assign, review, and evaluate the medical staff, nurses, and ancillary staff ensuring their duties are performed properly. (S)he will apply supervisory principles and techniques while constructing and maintain an effective and efficient working environment. Some clinical duties may be required.

Job Requirements:
- Current RN license
- Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- 3+ years office management or physician practice experience
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and rural health clinic regulations
- Case management experience preferred
