He came into the rescue at 8 months old from a puppy mill release without having any human contact. Since then he's learned to trust his person (it does take him a while and he is still VERY scared of strangers) once he's figured out that you aren't going to hurt or abuse him. He's kennel trained and is working on house training! He also has learned to walk nice on a leash. Weizel LOVES other dogs and must live with at least one dog of any size as he trusts his fellow canines more than humans and LOVES to play with other pups! He LOVES going to doggy daycare to play! He is also good w/ cats (They have 4 legs and are therefore not scary!) If you give Weizel time you'll see his wonderful, playful side come out! He LOVES small squeaky toys and rawhides. He is also adorable when he catches his reflection in the mirror or window and barks at himself!!! He loves to snuggle once he gets to know you and is comfortable. Weizel would like a nice, patient, quiet person or people to call his own who will give him the time he needs to learn that they are good and not all people are scary. He's ready and waiting for you!
